- Tap Download the app above.
- Open the downloaded TopCutX-1.6.apk (pull down the notification, or find it in Files → Downloads).
- Android will ask permission to install from this source — tap Settings → Allow from this source, then Install. This is normal for apps outside the Play Store.
- Open the app and sign in. Your Blader ID, events, rankings and judging are all there.
Already have an older test build? Uninstall it first — this release is signed with our permanent key, so Android won't install it over an earlier test copy. You'll only ever need to do this once.
Prefer the browser? Open TopCut X →Run events offline
Windows laptop · no internet needed at the venue
Download desktop hub (Windows)- Unzip the folder anywhere on the laptop.
- Double-click Start-TopCutX-Hub.cmd — the console opens in your browser. (No install needed.)
- Log in once while you still have internet, load your event, open the Judges tab.
- Judges join the same wifi and scan the QR. Scores flow phone → laptop locally, and sync to the cloud whenever you're online.
