TopCut X

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 3, 2026

TopCut X is a free platform for running and following Beyblade X tournaments, made by the community for the community. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using TopCut X (the topcutx.com, community.topcutx.com, app.topcutx.com, and live.topcutx.com sites), you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Sign-in details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from Google so we can create and secure your account. We never see your Google password.
• Profile you create. Your player handle, display name, avatar, banner, tagline, signature combo, and aura color — whatever you choose to add.
• Tournament activity. Match results, placements, and finish stats (Spin, Over/Pocket, Burst, Xtreme) from events you take part in, so your record and profile stay up to date.
• Organizer details. If you run events, your organization's name, logo, and sponsor info that you provide.
• Basic technical data. Standard server and CDN logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) used to keep the service running and secure.

How we use your information

• To create your account and keep you signed in.
• To run tournaments and calculate standings, tiebreakers, and career stats.
• To show public player profiles, community pages, and live brackets.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.

Information that is public

TopCut X is built around a public community. Your player profile (handle, display name, avatar, stats, and event results) and any community/organizer pages are visible to anyone and searchable on the site. Please don't put anything in your profile you wouldn't want to be public.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers Supabase (database & authentication) and Cloudflare (hosting & content delivery). These providers may process and store data on servers located outside your country.

Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal data, and we don't run third-party advertising. We share data only with the service providers needed to run TopCut X (Google for sign-in, Supabase, and Cloudflare), or where required by law.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your event data on your device. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices & data deletion

You can edit or clear your profile details at any time from your account. You can request that we delete your account and associated personal data by contacting us (see below); organizers and site admins can also remove accounts. Some public tournament records may be retained in anonymized or aggregate form for the integrity of event history.

Children

TopCut X is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
