Welcome to TopCut X, a free platform for running and following Beyblade X tournaments. By creating an account or using TopCut X (the topcutx.com, community.topcutx.com, app.topcutx.com, and live.topcutx.com sites), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You keep ownership of the content you add — your profile details, organization info, event data, and images. By posting it, you grant TopCut X a non-exclusive license to store and display that content as part of running the platform (for example, showing your profile, results, and community pages publicly). Don't upload content you don't have the rights to.

If you run events, you're responsible for operating them fairly and reporting accurate results. "Verified" status is granted at our discretion and can be revoked if these terms are broken.
Player profiles, event results, and community pages are public and searchable. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's collected and how it's used.
TopCut X is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. It's an offline-first tool built by the community — we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not responsible for lost data, incorrect results entered by organizers, or the outcome of any event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopCut X and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, and site admins may delete accounts. You can stop using TopCut X at any time and request deletion of your account.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We'll revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
